Delivery Information

All UK orders are free of post and packing.

For all non-UK orders, we have added an appropriate post and packing charge in to the price of the product.

Delivery services:

We use Royal Mail to deliver all our orders. All UK orders are sent by first class post, with larger orders sent recorded delivery. Please 3-4 days for delivery.

All non UK orders are sent by Royal Mail insured airmail.

Please note the following:

• Orders received before 2pm (UK time) will be sent same day. Orders received after 2pm will be sent next working day.
• Working days are Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Mondays.
• Delivery will be through the services of the Royal Mail.
• Larger deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, a card will be left for you asking you to collect your order from your local Sorting Office.
• All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Unfortunately the precise time of a delivery cannot be specified.
• Royal Mail will only deliver to BFPO address located in the UK.
