Q. Why should I consider Pure Acai™ products over other products?

A. Pure Acai™ products only use certified organic, freeze-dried and Fair Trade Acai.

Freeze-drying the Acai has been shown to keep the maximum of the Acai's vitamins, minerals and antioxidant qualities during processing.
Organic Acai keeps the final product free from artificial ingredients, or contamination by potentially harmful pesticides.
Fair Trade Acai means that the people involved in the growing, harvesting and processing of the Acai have been paid a fair wage. This is turn means that local communities survive, and are better able to enjoy a recognisable quality of life.

Q. Is Acai safe?

A. Yes.

Acai itself has not shown any known side effects.
Pure Acai™ products contain only Acai, with the supplements using a plant based vegetarian capsule.
Pure Acai™ products are manufactured to GMP Code of Practice and ISO9001:2000 Quality Accreditation. The manufacturing facility is also FDA and EPA registered, comply with the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 which came into effect on the 1st August 2005 and comply with all MHRA regulations.

2. You also have protection under the "Distance Selling Regulations" as implemented in the UK. You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days within which you can cancel your order by confirmation in writing. The 7 working days begins the day after goods are delivered. A full refund will be given on unused products.

 

Q. What is the recommended dosage with Pure Acai™ capsules?

Take 2 to 4 capsules of Pure Acai™ per day, half in the morning and half in the evening. Be sure to take each capsule with a large glass of water before meals.

 

 

Buying Pure Acai Products

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can buy Pure Acai™online by credit/debit card, or by cheque/postal order.

The fastest way to order is by using one of two online payment options we offer you.
We use Google Checkout and Paypal to process your payment securely and safely. We never get to see any of your financial details. Your debit/credit card details, and/or your bank account details are 100% safe. PLUS you also have the extra guarantees from Google Checkout and Paypal should you be at all dissatisfied with your order.

 

Q. Will I get re-billed?

A. No, never.

We do NOT offer any monthly ordering plans.
All orders from our website are "one off" orders - you will never be re-billed.
Also, as we use Google Checkout and Paypal to process your payment, we never get to see your payment details - so it's impossible for us to re-bill you even if we wanted to (which we don't!).

Q. I'm not in the UK, can I still order Pure Acai™ from your website?

A. Yes, we send our products worldwide.

Obviously we have to charge a little extra for sending orders out of the UK, which is why we have separate order pages for Europe, and the rest of the World.

Q. Is my email safe? Are you going to send me loads of marketing messages?

A. Not unless you want us to.

We greatly respect your privacy, and we promise we will never sell, share, rent or reveal your e-mail address or any of your personal information to any third party, business or outside entity.
When paying for your order via Google Checkout, you can actually hide your email address from us if you want!

 

Shipping Pure Acai

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We do our best to process and send out orders within 24 hours.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail, with all orders having a "Proof of Posting" certificate.
UK orders are sent First Class.
Overseas orders are sent by insured post, either Airsure™ or International Signed For™.
UK customers should receive their order between 3 and 4 working days.
Overseas customers should receive their orders between 4 and 15 days, depending what part of the world.

 

Q. How is my order packaged?

A. All orders are sent in discreet protective bubble envelopes.

 

Q. What happens if I don't receive my order?

A. We replace it.

We obtain a "Proof of Posting" certificate for all the orders we sent out.
UK orders - Larger orders are sent "Recorded Delivery", which requires a signature on delivery. If you are out when the Royal Mail call, a red and white card will be left at your address asking you to contact your local Sorting Office.
If you are out during the day, please check for this card as it is often mistaken for junk mail.
If after 7 working days you still have not received your order, please email us here, an we will send out a replacement while starting a claim with the Royal Mail who will contact you for signed confirmation of the lost order.
Europe and Worldwide Orders. If you haven't received your order within 15 working days, please contact us here.
